(Junior) consultant for personnel and organizational development (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Development, creation and implementation of suitable architectures for transformation processes
  • Coordination and integration of strategy, organizational and personnel development
  • Development and implementation of interventions in the context of personnel and organizational development measures
  • Consulting and moderation of teams at the customer and consulting systems

Your profile

You have successfully completed a university degree in economics, social or behavioral science and

  • Over 1-3 years of professional experience in strategy, organizational or personnel development
  • You are experienced in moderating small and large groups
  • You bring the necessary flexibility and mobility for consulting and supporting customer projects on site
  • You are able to use the common MS Office programs with skill
